• Plumber Call Out – £60.00 plus VAT which includes up to the first hour, followed by £30.00 plus VAT per 1/2 hour thereafter or part thereof.

  Any parts or material used is not included in the labour rates above & all rates are plus VAT at the current rate of 20%

• Heating Engineer GAS & LPG Call Out – £80.00 plus VAT which includes up to the first hour, followed by £40.00 plus VAT per 1/2 hour thereafter or part thereof.

• Heating Engineer OIL Call Out – £80.00 plus VAT which includes up to the first hour, followed by £40.00 plus VAT per 1/2 hour thereafter or part thereof.

• Electrician Call Out – £60.00 plus VAT which includes up to the first hour, followed by £30.00 plus VAT per 1/2 hour thereafter or part thereof.

• Domestic Service Engineer Call Out – £70.00 plus VAT which includes up to an hour on the first visit, followed by £40.00 plus VAT per 1/2 hour thereafter or part thereof.

  Call out will be waived if new appliance is bought from us.  If additional man is required he will be charged at a flat rate of £20 plus VAT per half hour.

• Domestic GAS Service Engineer Call Out – £95.00 plus VAT which includes up to an hour on the first visit, followed by £40.00 plus VAT per 1/2 hour thereafter or part thereof.

  Any parts or material used is not included in the labour rates above & all rates are plus VAT at the current rate of 20%

• Commercial Service Engineer Call Out – £80.00 plus VAT per hour or part thereof.

  Travelling time to the job address is chargeable.

  Any parts or material used is not included in the labour rates above & all rates are plus VAT at the current rate of 20%

• Installation of Domestic Appliances- Free delivery and installation apply to all products sold at their full list price or as priced in our showroom, whichever is the cheaper.

• Workshop Rate £40.00 plus VAT per 1/2 hour.

  Any parts or material used is not included in the labour rates above & all rates are plus VAT at the current rate of 20%

• Terms & Conditions Payment for invoices is within 30 days from date of your invoice after which an additional £30 admin fee will apply.

  Payment for invoices is strictly by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer into our account, details of which can be found on your invoice.

  Complaints regarding your invoice should be notified in writing within 7 days from the date of your invoice after which will not be entertained.

• Please note all call out fees will be charged in full in the event that we cannot gain access at the pre-agreed time and the job has not been cancelled.

• In the event of non payment, any legal costs incurred by us in the recovery of the debt are payable by the customer.
